The Great Adventure: Australia’s Kittyhawks and Westall 66 Announce Joint Japan Tour - January 2026
Tokyo, Japan — Two of Australia’s most explosive underground live acts, The Kittyhawks and Westall 66, are heading to Japan in January 2026 for The Great Adventure — a five-night run of loud guitars, sweet melodies, dancing tunes and pure punk energy in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe!
Hot off a blistering European tour, Melbourne ska punk legends The Kittyhawks will ignite stages with their horn-fueled chaos and dancefloor anthems, continuing their habit of putting on amazing live shows. With a cult following across the world and a reputation for explosive shows, the Kittyhawks' arrival in Japan is hotly anticipated.
Meanwhile, fresh off the release of their fiery new EP Good Bad News, Melbourne’s Westall 66 bring their emotionally charged anthems and relentless DIY spirit to Japanese shores for the first time. Their brand of urgent, melodic punk recalls the likes of Jimmy Eat World and The Menzingers, filtered through an Australian suburban lens.
