Drown in Sulphur

Drown In Sulphur is a band active since 2014, the project went viral after the release of the two singles An epilogue to The Arrogant and Blackwind, reaching a total of over 5 million views on YouTube and 1 million streams. They shared the stage in the national and foreign territory with big names in the Metal and Deathcore scene such as Whitechapel, Carnifex, Rings Of Saturn, Aversion Crown, I Declare War; claiming to be one of the most promising project in recent years. The band released two EPs (IT RISES 2015), (Blackwind 2018) and 6 singles, (An Epilogue To The Arrogant 2015), (Violet Shades Of Kingu 2016), (Blackwind 2019), (Moths 2019), (Earth Reset 2020), (Brain Dead 2020). After a lineup change the group released "Sulphur Cvlt", a new album with great black metal influences that blend with their particular deathcore-slam / downtempo / sludge style. The singles released from the album are Essence (2020), Descendent Sunrise, (2021) Vivant Tenebrae (2021), Sulphur Cvlt (2021) and The Crawling Chaos (2021).
In 2022 the band undergoes a further line-up change, with Christian Lombardo on vocals, Domenico Francesco Tamilia on backing vocals and Daniele Posillipo as a new entry for lead guitar.
They release in 2024 their second studio album "Dark Secrets Of The Soul" with heavy black metal- ambient and progressive metal influences; "Vengeance" their new album out January 17th 2025 will be played live during their first UK tour
