Mark Hattori Biography
Mark Hattori is a Japanese & Filipino-American singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter based in San Jose, CA.
He grew up being inspired by other AAPI artists like AJ Rafael, David Choi, and Jeremy Passion, as well as pop-punk acts like Boys Like Girls, All Time Low, and We The Kings.
He graduated with a Web Design & Engineering degree from Santa Clara University but decided to pursue his love for music after watching Yappie by Wong Fu Productions.
Most notably, Mark has performed at the 626 Night Market Bay Area, 626 Night Market Arcadia, and the Davis Cherry Blossom Festival.
In September 2024, Mark released his first single titled “yesterday”, which serves as a poignant reminder of the struggles of moving on and moving forward while honoring the influence of the mid to late 2000's pop-punk era.
