Absolutely fabulous show in Scaly Mountain on Sunday. The band performed an energetic and uplifting set that was very well received by the crowd. This was the 4th Record Company show that we've attended but the first on a big stage. They were spectacular. Don't miss them when they roll into your town!

The Record Company Biography
The Record Company has returned to form on The 4th Album (via Round Hill Records). The first radio single, “Talk To Me,” is at #4 on the AAA radio chart – and climbing. The next two digital singles, “Dance on Mondays” and “I Found Heaven (In My Darkest Days),” have already become fan-favorites at the band’s raucous shows.
“A common theme on this record was keeping the sound raw and back-to-basics, says TRC bassist and in-house producer Alex Stiff. “We still had the cheap recording gear from our first album– including the junky yard sale guitars and no-name drum set –and we dug deep on the writing to find the songs and the spirit.”
That stripped-back approach has served TRC well since their 2016 debut, Give It Back To You. They self-produced that album in the living room studio at Alex’s house, on that same cheap equipment. They had a zero-dollar album budget, played ferocious shows, and made friends wherever they went.
TRC’s tenacity did the trick. Their debut album garnered a Grammy nomination and contained “Off The Ground”– a song that shot to #1 on the AAA radio chart. 2018’s All Of This Life continued to build this momentum with single “Life To Fix” again hitting #1 at AAA radio. 2021’s Play Loud saw the band take a slightly more polished approach to their bluesy Rock and Roll.
Throughout their career, TRC has mounted countless headline tours across the US and Europe, and have toured with legendary acts John Mayer, Bob Seger, My Morning Jacket, and many others.
