How do the first notes come into being? Where do the lyrics come from—and for whom are they written? In this unique event, live music is woven together with a personal conversation in which Conakry shares his driving forces, creative process, and moments of doubt. The three-time award-nominated hip-hop artist Conakry has an unfailing feel for words and melody. Now he steps out of the shadows of creation and back into the spotlight—for one evening in Kungsparken. He brings songs that have never been released, stories no one has yet heard, and a presence that captivates. This is a rare chance to experience an artist whose music balances the personal and the universal. Since his solo debut in 2015, Conakry has moved fluidly between the worlds of music and storytelling—as an artist, songwriter, producer, poet, author, and director. His words have reached Sweden’s biggest stages, Grammy-winning artists’ songs, and the theatre. He is the co-founder of the music agency Some Haven Collective—a creative collective whose work has topped charts worldwide, with music written for artists such as Future, Central Cee, and Desiigner.
