About this concert
BF/C "create music that is ambitious, mysterioius and in total indifference to the conventional. BF/ C are not just ahead of their time, they exist in a time they themselves created." -Adam Wladis Colby Morgan is a musician from Ruskin B.C. now living as a resident of Hastings Sunrise. He is pro pie but not anti cake. Playing around the city with a band of carnivores called 'The Catastrophes' Colby makes noise. An amazing crooked gang of art wielding magicians and musicians. Hotel Decor is Canadian songwriter and record producers Csaba Laszlo's exploration into indie rock/alternative pop music. Heavily influenced by the sounds of the early 2000s indie, Laszlo's ability to modernize and reinterpret his influences leaves us with a blend of both catchy and unique songwriting.

BF/C Biography

The Temple of BF/C was formed in San Francisco in 2015, by Barish Firatli and Joel Igor Hammad Magnusson (aka Californiaman), the sons of many nations and even more musical genres: Poor man’s pop … Rich man’s rock … Hot man’s mistress … Cold woman's kisses…

Singer-Euro-electric-American-acoustic-songwriters, they host a nomadic feast without end.

Steeped in drum machines, synth, acoustic guitar, and smouldering bass, and born from a community of amazing musicians, artists, and producers, BF/C maneuvers in electropop painted in warm, vivid colours. With the crooning swagger of Rod Stewart; retro slick influences like Roxy Music, INXS, and Fine Young Cannibals; and the haunted edge of The Knife, St. Lucia, and The Embassy, the duo invokes desire, seduction, and longing in equal parts.
