Tom Zink is a multifaceted musician renowned for his exceptional skills as a pianist, producer, and Grammy-nominated arranger. His artistry encompasses a wide range of musical styles, with a focus on jazz. He has been involved in numerous projects, ranging from folk guitar duos to jazz sextets and Motown projects. His arrangements have featured live horn and string sections, showcasing his versatility and depth in orchestral arrangements.

In 2010, Zink received a Grammy nomination for Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s) for his arrangement of "In The Still of the Night," performed by Anne Walsh. This track was featured on Walsh's album Pretty World.
