Mocha Mic with Millie is officially on the move—and our very first stop is just next door in Bayonne, NJ! New city, same tribe and good vibes—this traveling series brings the heart of Mocha Mic to new spaces, while keeping the energy, community, and soul you've come to love. We're thrilled to partner with Kationz Bar & Lounge (@kationzbar), a cozy Black-owned business serving delicious cuisine and welcoming vibes. Our Featured Artists, as follows, are powerful, poetic, and pure fire: • Ali (@imalwaysali) Singer-songwriter, poet, and self-taught instrumentalist, Ali weaves soulful storytelling through guitar, drums, and keys. Her sound is a lush blend of genres, with her latest single “Nice With It” delivering a bold anthem of confidence and growth. • Christian Morant (@christian.morant) Author of GROWTH, TEDx speaker, and award-winning actor, Christian is a spoken word force whose work champions healing and mental health. His album I Am Not A Rapper is a must-hear, especially the standout track Mermaid Green. Most notably, he has broken poetic & cinematic barriers by uniting more than 20 extraordinary artists into his latest production of STAGE PRESENCE. • Attorious Renée Augustin (@attorious.renee) Poet. Filmmaker. Educator. Attorious Renée (she/they) uses performance as ritual, weaving themes of transformation, identity, and liberation. A Rutgers MFA grad and host of The Inky Bulb series, they bring a vibrational artistry that awakens and alchemizes.
