So Soon, formed by multi-instrumentalists, songwriters and producers David Stöbener and Marco Braun, create music that develops tremendous size and strength despite an impressionistic approach to sound design and storytelling. Indie pop and folk merge with electronica and post-rock to create a moving entity - both on the recordings and in electrifying concerts with the full band.
So Soon have not only been friends since their youth, they have also been making music together for years and have invested in their art. And you can hear that in the compositions, the production and every concert: Multi-layered songwriting, precise vocals, impressive sound and terrific playing quality combine to create a magical whole. The topics of the songs include autobiographical snapshots, growing up in a world that offers a lot but also demands much, misty hope, and floating melancholy.
