Kalysta Minton Biography
Embark on a mesmerizing musical journey with Kalysta Minton. With a captivating stage presence and a soulful voice, Kalysta has captured the hearts of music enthusiasts worldwide. From enchanting live performances to recording hit singles, Kalysta's artistry knows no bounds. Experience the magic since 2016. When you listen to Kalysta, you hear a young lady singing with her heart and who can sing a ballad and take on the biggest country song with ease. This year, she will knock on Country Music’s door and walk right in to take a step up the charts.
Kalysta was raised in Kentucky and loved to sing for anyone who wanted to listen. She would sing at any shows her mom and dad would arrange. Taking the stage, she found it easier each show to let her fears go and relax to enjoy what she was doing. It was at one of those shows she met James Bruce, a veteran talent manager with over 35 years’ experience. Jim is her current manager for Kidder Entertainment.
George Kidder and Bruce stood listening to Kalysta and knew this young lady needed to be on bigger stages than the one she was on. Everyone agreed Minton had the talent to move on and sing on bigger stages. Country Music was the genre Kalysta wanted to sing. She knew how to put heart in songs and kick the country butt on songs that needed a little rock to the music.
Kalysta has performed at various shows and events all over eastern part of the USA for the last several years. She has sung at many fairs, festivals, and music venues including the Clinton County Fair, Brown County Fair, Clermont County Fair, Starbrick Music Festival, The Famous Murphy Theater and has appeared on Channel 4 News in Nashville, Tennessee! Kalysta has also performed at the famous Horse Drawn Carriage Parade in Lebanon, Ohio, the Rising Star Casino in Rising Sun, Indiana, and the famous Tootsies Lounge in Nashville. Other accomplishments include a performance at Cincinnati's Famous Dinner Club, Jim n Jacks on The River, and entertained at the Community Arts Theatre, Fairfield, Ohio, for their 60th Anniversary of the city.
When Kalysta was ready to record her first song, James Bruce arranged a meeting with John Pineiro, owner of Perfect Image Recording. After hearing Kalysta, John showed interest in Minton and wanted to be part of her country music career. Her performances are now backed by a band of 4 musicians from Cincinnati. John produced eight songs for Kalysta’s debut CD. Red Ridge Entertainment of Nashville, also introduced by James Bruce, produced 3 of her songs on the current cd. Spotlight Records, a record label owned by James Bruce for over 30 years signed Kalysta to a recording contract. Currently, Kalysta has signed a management agreement with Kidder Entertainment which will take over the booking responsibilities and oversee her career.
