We're excited to bring you the multi-performer, multi-genre livestreaming music festival extravaganza we call QuaranPalooza. This is number 55! We have 35 fantastic performers + 12 hours of live music for ya, Saturday 5/31 11:15AM - 11:30PM PDT, with performers in Malaysia, Japan, Utah, Seattle, Nashville, Troy NY, Petaluma, San Francisco, Oregon, Maryland, Sacramento, The Catskills, Alameda, San Jose, Grass Valley, Mendocino, Rhode Island, New Mexico, Nevada City, NYC and plenty of talent from right here in The Bay Area!!
This is our 5 year Anniversary, going strong and playing for a cause since May 2020!

Hondo Coyote had a great night at steelbender. They started right on time, and played at a very acceptable volume. Those who wanted to converse could still talk to each other. And the dance area was filled! Their song selection was really enjoyable, starting with the country standard, Right or Wrong, and during the set ghey ranged all the way to a very touching John Prine piece. Each member of the band was really spot on. Great fiddle work, nice percussion, good singing, and guitar work, and you just can’t be more rock solid on the bass than Anne Luna. And steel bender has really good food and beer!

Anne Luna Biography
While “that thing’s bigger’n she is,” Anne Luna makes playing the bass look easy. Harmonizing in her mother’s lap before attending school, playing bar gigs before she was of legal drinking age, touring before she could rent a car, Anne had gigs nearly immediately upon picking up the double bass. She has watched bar fights while laying down the beat, bowed heart wrenching lines next to grand pianos, and sang with manatees swimming behind her—because music is something she can’t NOT do.
Anne’s bass playing has been described as graceful and elegant, yet precise and hard driving. As a songwriter and vocalist, her clear, unique voice both stands on its own and rounds out the Hard Road Trio’s vocal work. Her songs have been nominated for two New Mexico Music Awards. As an accomplished, enthusiastic instructor, Anne’s energy and her easy-going manner create a welcoming learning environment for all of her students.
