Andy Thomas Biography
If you haven’t heard the name Andy Thomas yet, it’s time to start paying attention. The Richmond native—by way of the Florida swamp—has been tearing up stages as the front man for The Trongone Band and laying down grit-soaked licks as guitarist for Yarn. His brand of honky-tonk rock and roll comes steeped in southern swagger, equal parts muscle and soul. With his debut solo record on the horizon—produced by none other than Dave Schools of Widespread Panic—Thomas is poised for a breakout. Keep your ears open and your boots laced; his tour dates are coming, and they’re not to be missed.
