Afida Turner Biography
Afida Turner is a French-American singer, songwriter, author, actress, and TV personality. She released her debut single, Crazy About You, in 1998 and rose to fame through a hit TV show with over nine million nightly viewers. Sony Music signed her, and her single Pas celle que tu crois became a success in France and Europe.
Over the years, Afida has acted in films and theater, performed with legendary artists, and built a career spanning music, television (co-host on C8 TPMP, M6 and more), and fashion. She later moved to the U.S. to pursue international success, recording her English-language album Paris-Hollywood. Known as “The Tiger” in the media, she continues to inspire with her resilience and artistry. In 2024, her latest EP, Etienne, became an instant hit, amassing millions of streams across platforms with songs like Etienne, Barbichette Song, and High Energy.
Beyond entertainment, Afida is dedicated to charitable efforts supporting orphaned and abused children.
