Milkshake Biography
Milkshake is a Grammy Nominated rock band for kids and kids at heart. We formed in 2000 after lead singer Lisa Mathews had a baby. Things took a different turn, lyric-wise, but the music retained the rock sensibility of the adult rock bands we were in.
Since then, Milkshake has released five award-winning albums, including the Grammy-nominated release "Great Day," and a full-length DVD. Our videos have appeared on NICK JR., PBS KIDS and DISCOVERY KIDS' ToddWorld cartoon. You can find us touring the country, playing concerts for audiences full of kids grandparents and everyone in-between. Catch us at a show near you!
