Scare Taxi are an alternative goth-pop-rock outfit that’s been shaking up the live music scene since their explosive debut at The Wedding Present's 2017 Edge Of The Sea Festival. With their unique blend of gritty goth rock, infectious pop hooks, and a dash of punk energy, Tara Guitara, Boag, Danielle & Charlie have built a reputation for bringing raw, unfiltered energy to every gig.

August 2017, Scare Taxi debuted at The Wedding Present’s ‘Edge of the Sea Festival’ and have played with Electric Six, Membranes, S*M*A*S*H, Art Brut, Gene Loves Jezebel, Ed Borrie, The DeRellas & The Ramonas, taking in festivals and the legendary Hope & Anchor along the way.
Brighton based Scare Taxi are Boag & Tara. The band has an eclectic former gene pool. No politics or hidden agendas here, just a penchant for style, energy, tunes & dep drummers!
