Wanderer The Band Biography
An energetic band Inspired by Jazz, R&B, and City Pop music.
Formed in 2021, we all met at Humber college's Jazz Performance program where we honed our craft under the direction of some of Canada's finest musicians. The following year, we received a FACTOR grant which lead to the creation of our debut album "Summer Travels". This led to many festival opportunities from the TUJF to Brampton's World of jazz fest! Our originals pay homage to artists like Vulfpeck, Anri, Stevie Wonder, and even Casiopea. We enjoy making funk arrangements of popular songs, performing originals full of improvisation, and covering the classics!
We love the sense of community that music cultivates and hope that you'll be a part of ours!
