El Centre d’Esports Sabadell ha presentado este mediodía la primera edición de sus conciertos. Los días 13 y 14 de junio, el Parc Cataluña acogerá el concierto del artista puertorriqueño Pedro Capó y la Festa Flaixbac x CE Sabadell. A la presentación han asistido Bruno Batlle, director general del CE Sabadell, Javi Delgado, jugador del CE Sabadell, Jose Luis Castet, director del Festival Observa y el Gran Germán, representando de Radio Flaixbac.
Pedro Capó, ganador de tres premios Grammy Latino, actuará el viernes día 13 de junio a partir de las 22:00, mientras que la Fiesta Flaixbac x CE Sabadell empezará a las 19:00 del sábado 14 de junio en una tarde que estará llena de sorpresas y grandes momentos. En colaboración con el Festival Observa, el Centre d’Esports Sabadell organiza estos dos conciertos en el marco de un proyecto de futuro que permitirá desarrollar otras actividades alrededor del fútbol que ayudarán a construir un club todavía más atractivo para el público general y contribuirán a su crecimiento y sostenibilidad.
Capó es un cantante internacional que presenta una amplia trayectoria en el mundo de la música. Más allá de premios y reconocimientos, también destacan los miles de millones de reproducciones que tienen muchas de sus canciones.
Las entradas para los conciertos se pondrán a la venta el domingo 11 de mayo a las 12:00 y se podrán adquirir a través de la web del club. La entrada para el concierto de Pedro Capó tendrá un precio de 30€, mientras que la Fiesta Flaixbac x CE Sabadell será gratuita para los socios del Centre d’Esports Sabadell y tendrá un precio de 5€ para todas aquellas personas que no sean socias del club.
El Centre d’Esports Sabadell espera congregar 10.000 personas entre ambos conciertos en dos actividades que pondrán la ciudad de Sabadell al panorama internacional de la música con la presencia de un ganador de varios premios internacionales entre los cuales destacan tres premios Grammy Latino. Además, estos conciertos generarán un impacto económico en la ciudad y en el club, hecho que llevará en el Centre d’Esports Sabadell y en la ciudad de Sabadell a un nuevo peldaño dentro de las actividades de entretenimiento.

Latin GRAMMY® and ASCAP® winner, Pedro Capó, has music in his DNA, not only because he is the grandson of the legendary music star Bobby Capó, but also because it is all that he lives, breathes and professes. As a singer-songwriter he is known for writing international hits for Ricky Martin “La Mordidita” and “Disparo al Corazón.” In 2018 Pedro Capó became a worldwide star with “Calma (Remix)” featuring Farruko; single that is already certified Diamond in the United States, Mexico and Peru; multi- platinum in LATAM and Europe. “Calma (Remix)” peaked on the Spotify Global Top 50 chart at #5 (becoming one of only a handful of all-Spanish songs to break the Top 5 in said chart), the track has surpassed 4.1 Billion streams and 1.8 billion views combined (Calma, Calma (Remix), Calma (Alicia Remix)). On the radio “Calma Remix” reached the #1 on the charts in Puerto Rico, US, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and France. The video continues in the Top 10 on the Global YouTube Charts.
Capó not only distinguishes himself as a singer-songwriter, but he also shines as an actor. He was part of the cast of the popular Broadway musical ‘Celia: The Life and Music of Celia Cruz’ which was presented in English and Spanish in New York; participated in “Sol de Media Noche” which won the Golden Dragon Award at the 2019 Ferrara Film Festival (Italy) and starred in ‘The Sweet Spot’, ‘Shut up and Do It’ and ‘Paraíso Travel’ directed by Simon Brand and starring John Leguizamo. Amongst his recognitions, Pedro Capó, has been nominated six times and won three Latin GRAMMY®, including the coveted “Song of the Year” for “Calma.” He has also won two ASCAP® Awards, one Premios Juventud and has received multiple nominations for awards shows such as: MTV MIAW, NRJ Music Awards, Kids Choice Awards among others. Pedro Capó kicked off the new decadewinning two Premio Lo Nuestro awards and is a finalist in six categories for the 2020 Billboard Latin Music Awards. The artist made his Viña del Mar debut as a judge and performer during the 2020 edition of the festival winning both the Gaviota de Oro and Gaviota de Plata at the prestigious festival.
