'Myrthe en de Bootsmannen' spelen een intiem huiskamerconcert in de voormalige fotostudio van 'JUUD's Hal van Creatie'.
Een combinatie van poëtische luisterliedjes en uptempo nummers met een cabareteske inslag over de problemen van alledag, met invloeden vanuit de jazz, soul, pop, country en nog veel meer!
Myrthe Boot studeerde muziektheater aan de Willem Nijholt Academie. Met rugdekking van vier stabiele zeelieden, ‘de Bootsmannen’, schrijft Myrthe, nieuwe Nederlandstalige luisterliedjes ‘die onvermijdelijk onder je huid kruipen’.

'Myrthe en de Bootsmannen' is a band based around singer/songwriter Myrthe Boot.
Myrthe studied Musical Theater at the 'Willem Nijholt Academy' for performing arts. She has since then directed and (re)written several (musical)theater performances and began writing her own songs around 2021, together with her 4 musicians 'de Bootsmannen'. Myrthe specializes in 'storytelling songs' in de genre 'kleinkunst' and proudly performed with the legendary 'Queen of chansons; Liesbeth List.
'Myrthe en de Bootsmannen' are currently playing there second theater-concert 'Zilt & Zoet' in small theaters and intimate venue's in the Netherlands. www.myrtheboot.nl
