Books Through Bars NYC and Eel Pit are hosting a book drive on Saturday May 24th at Our House @ourhousegrows Stop by between 1-5 PM to donate your books, enjoy live music, screenprint a shirt, and view art sent to us by our book recipients. Accepted books will be sent to incarcerated people that write directly to us! Please see our complete list of book genres that we are most in need of at the moment. The Eel Pit is bringing live music throughout the day from @lesleybraver @ritheband @mayadae.music @lightbirdmusic! Our friends @bigreuse are providing us with clothing to print on.
