Hailing from Orange County, California, Manasido is a collection of paradoxes, maintaining both an aggressive sound and catchy, melodic pop sensibilities.

Manasido’s single “Your Favorite Color” perfectly encapsulates this notion: aggressive guitars, bumping bass, and loud drums—all led by the simple but catchy melody sung by frontman Cameron John.

Formerly known as Nautical Front, Manasido represents two mantras: mana, meaning “life,” and sido, translating to “run aground.” Put together, “life run aground” is something Manasido believes young adults everywhere are experiencing in their daily lives. They aim to write music that resonates with those traversing the difficulties and challenges of finding oneself.
