Storyteller of the romances and demons of urban sleepless nights, Aucklane creates a captivating, dark, sensual, and powerful indie pop-rock. Her elegant musical universe is deeply infused with a nocturnal, hazy, electric ambience, mixing rebellious, catchy songs with vulnerable ballads where she explores themes such as internal contradictions, addictions, or feminine power.
Aucklane is as much a romantic and poetic songwriter as she is a charismatic singer, performer, and band leader. She has emerged as one of the most interesting voices on the current Belgian indie pop rock scene. She instantly attracted the interest of the national press, who saw in her “the next generation of Belgian rock”, and made her one of the artists to watch very closely. Each of the five tracks on her debut EP “Nightfall” (2022) found its way onto the national radio. In 2024, she returned with several new singles, recorded alongside French producer Nicolas Quéré, heralding the release of a long-awaited debut album due in January 2025, “GOOD GIRL/BAD SEED”, a powerful and mysterious work that explores human complexity, offering an immersive musical journey between light and darkness.
