Tone of Voice Orchestra is an award winning genre defiant ten piece band from Copenhagen, Denmark.
While blending the famous Scandinavian sound with global influences,Tone ofVoice Orchestra straddles the divide between roots music, folk, alt.pop and jazz.
As a live band Tone of Voice Orchestra is a powerhouse with four vibrant singers and six remarkable instrumentalists, five women and five men, Danish Music Award winners from various genres, seasoned artists and bright new talent from the Scandinavian folk, roots and jazz circuits.
Bandleaders Fredrik Lundin, who is a major Scandinavian jazz profile, and much acclaimed singer-songwriter Trinelise Væring write the music for the band.Their approach to songwriting draws on inspiration from eastern European vocal groups, nordic folk, roots music from many territories, americana, jazz, indie-folk and their favorite alternative popbands.
