However, a limited number of seats will be made available upon request or for patrons with accessibility or mobility needs. While the event is open to all ages, alcohol will be available to purchase for those aged 19+ with valid ID. ****** BROOM FACTORY INFORMATION: The Broom Factory is a fully accessible, inclusive, all ages venue. The in-house cafe serves an assortment of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages for those of legal drinking age. We encourage everyone to attend! The Broom Factory has a limited number of free parking spaces available in its lot, including accessible parking. For most events, the parking lot fills up quickly, so other options include: 1) Free on surrounding streets (James, Charles, Orchard). 2) Free at the Emma Martin Park parking lot (City of Kingston lot) - corner of Cataraqui St and Orchard St, on the left 3) Free on the east side of the NGB building (12 Cataraqui St). This parking is free but we are not responsible for any lost/stolen goods. Please do not park at the Limestone City Animal Hospital lot. Public transit also passes right by the Broom Factory. We are about 12-15 minutes walking distance from Princess Street.
