About this concert
Los Angeles-based pop-punk/emo band Good Terms is set to release their new single, “Progress,” on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. As a follow-up to their 2024 album Burnout, the track explores the emotional challenge of perseverance when on the brink of burnout. The song aims to inspire listeners to notice and celebrate small victories amidst daily struggles. To amplify this message, Good Terms is launching a multi-dimensional campaign designed to interrupt doom-scrolling and redirect attention to moments of positivity. Central to this campaign is a walk-a-thon-style hiking event the band will be hosting in Los Angeles on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Elysian Park (Elysian Park Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90012). The band is inviting fans, friends, and music industry professionals alike to reflect on their own progress, while raising funds for Notes For Notes, a nonprofit providing free access to musical instruments, instruction, and studio environments for youth. The goal of this event is to remind everyone of the impact we can make when we're all on the same team, and of the power of pausing to celebrate the small victories along the way. This collaboration offers a unique opportunity to align music, community, and education—empowering youth while supporting a message of perseverance and positive momentum through music.
