About this concert
The Heroes Luncheon provides Sponsors and attendees the opportunity to be a part of a very special annual event honoring our community’s fallen First Responders. On May 21st, we will come together to honor the life, service, and sacrifice of our fallen First Responders from past years.
It is our honor to present higher education scholarships to graduating high school seniors, including the children of two brave officers, Robert “Bobby” Deckard, Jr. and Joseph Anthony Cisneros, Jr.

Dave has performed with Rock Legends Aerosmith, Shinedown, Lynyrd Skynyrd, as well as Country Stars Charlie Daniels, Travis Tritt, Lee Greenwood, Brantley Gilbert, Hank Williams Jr., & Toby Keith!
Bray has performed for NFL, NHL, NASCAR, Special Olympics, World Police & Fire Games, Military Bowl, National Police Week, PBR World Finals, NRA Country, Fox & Friends and for countless Theatres, Festivals, Bike Weeks, Military, Corporate and Formal events!
His rock rendition of the “Star Spangled Banner” is certified GOLD! It has garnered Millions of Views, over 1.5 Million streams and is one of the most recognized and popular versions of the song!
