CORCOVADO is a Latin Jazz band started by Nicole Thomas and David Robinson, who began collaborating musically in 2015. Their extensive repertoire includes original tunes, jazz standards, bossa novas, swing tunes, and pop tunes which they perform either as a duo or with a full band. The name, CORCOVADO comes from the Brazilian mountains overlooking Rio de Janeiro, which Jobim captured in the song “CORCOVADO.” It symbolizes their love of Brazilian music and great music in general. www.corcovadotheband.com/
