Firm Filters

Firm Filters return to celebrate the release of their second single ‘Take Me Up’. Joining them on the lineup is indie/psych/soul-ers Tou-Can and folk singer-songwriter Emma Painter. Firm Filters are a three-piece indie rock band formed in Naarm/Melbourne. Taking influence from folk rock, heartland rock, punk, new-wave and classic pop, their set is based around frontman Brad Woodward’s original songs. Completed by warm bass lines from Jason Renehan and passionate drumming from Rory Day, Firm Filters’ songs tell the story of youth, love, struggle and everyday life. Their debut album arrives later this year.
