About this concert
Eadsé, released her debut album “Healer”, accompanied by a revisited show, invigorating and poignant! Eadsé, which means “My good friend”, is a Wendat singer-songwriter based in Montreal. Since her debut EP My Good Friend, released in 2021, she has explored pop, soul and electro sounds, tinged with her indigenous heritage. It was her grandfather, from the Wolf clan and Raven family family, who guided her towards music. Since then, she has created with strength and tenderness, works that are both touching and powerful. Her new show, Healer, focuses on the theme of healing and illustrates a significant maturity and evolution since her last EP. On stage, Eadsé tackles profound subjects such as postpartum depression, letting go, and determination, while conveying important messages imbued with light and hope. She mixes languages (French, English and wendat) and offers a more mature and organic sound, reflecting her development as an artist and the richness of her new musical universe.

Eadsé Biography

Eadsé, meaning “my good friend” in Huron-Wendat, is a Wendat singer-songwriter based in Montreal. She explores the sounds of soulful pop. Inheriting the legacy of her ancestors, it is her grandfather, from the wolf clan and raven family, who guided her towards music. Since then, she has created works that are both touching and powerful, with strength and tenderness.

In 2021, Eadsé launched her first EP My Good Friend, produced with composer and artist Emmanuel Alias. Her song Oné-Onti, written in honor of former Wendake Grand Chief Max Gros-Louis, has been listened to over four million times on online listening platforms. This year, we saw her in the blind auditions for the TV show La Voix, where she offered us her version of Moi, Elsie by Elisapie.
