The 41st Annual Tustin Street Fair and Chili Cook-Off will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2025, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. This annual party takes place in the streets of Old Town Tustin holds the distinct honor of being the largest one-day chili cook-off in the country, according to the International Chili Society. The event comes alive with a variety of exhibitors featuring crafters, community organizations, food and chili booths, and craft beers and wine.
JJ Smith & the HELM will be featured on the Tustin Auto Center Stage on El Camino and 2nd at 2!

JJ Smith & the Helm
JJ Smith & the HELM delivers a soulful blend of original rock, blues, folk & Americana, weaving heartfelt storytelling with infectious melodies and psychedelic grooves. With a nod to iconic bands like the Dead, Floyd, the Doors, the Allman’s and The Band, their sound channels the spirit of classic rock & blues while also carving out their own unique musical path.
The HELM is a 5 piece band hailing from Southern California. The band’s unbeatable rhythm section consists of the masterful drumming of Adam Snow and unmatched genius bass play from AJ Polodoro. The brilliant lead guitar work of Alex Vo and haunting key and organ play of Brent Brandon create beautiful melodies and decorations for space and time for the audience. The band is rounded out with driving rhythm guitar, banjo and harmonica, as well as soulful baritone lead vocal work from JJ Smith.
