About this concert
Join us for a unique blend of worship, movement, and reflection. Each session includes deep breathing, gentle stretching, and meditation set to soothing melodies—all while engaging with Scripture and poetry. You’ll also gain practical tools to slow down and refuel in the midst of life’s busyness.
This beginner-friendly experience is open to all ages and led by Tyla, a yoga instructor to professional athletes, and Maya Elizabeth, a professional singer-songwriter.
Cost: $20 per week (100% donated to Operation Thrive—building renovations).

Maya Elizabeth is a professional recording artist & singer-songwriter 🎶, as well as an empath 🤗, girlboss 👩🏾💻, Howard University School of Business alum 👩🏾🎓, and healthy living enthusiast 🙏🏾🌱.
She has a unique ability to create an intimate experience where people feel loved and whole when she opens her mouth. She writes, records and performs thought-provoking music that soothes and inspires. Her soulful sound resonates especially with women who are trying to find their voice, heal emotionally, wrestle with anxiety, find purpose, and grow a sense of self-esteem and worth. Whether recording a project in the studio, or worship leading in large churches, or performing for large and intimate gatherings around the world (e.g. Las Vegas, Nashville, D.C., Puerto Rico, London), her mission is the same: leave folks with healing, truth and love.
