Jeans ‘n Classics return to the Square to bring the legendary music of Pink Floyd to life. This electrifying concert pays homage to the iconic album Dark Side of the Moon—first performed on tour right here in Madison in 1973 as the kickoff of their North American tour, over 50 years ago. Kathryn Rose Biography
As a singer songwriter with five solo albums and multiple single releases, Kathryn Rose is known for her artful brand of cinematic pop. Kathryn is also known as one of Canada’s top go-to voices, having sung on over a hundred albums for countless other artists. In the studio and live, she’s worked with many, including a world tour and live DVD with Sarah McLachlan, Barenaked Ladies, Ian Thomas, Patti Labelle, Sir Tom Jones, Ron Sexsmith, Anne Murray, Martin Fry of ABC, Susan Aglukark, and more.
The music video for Kathryn’s 2023 original single “Getting Along”, a pandemic duet featuring Julian Taylor continues to garner awards and recognition by many international Film Festivals, winning top prizes in New York, Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Chicago, Vancouver, London, Cannes, Rome, Paris, Stockholm, Prague, Sweden, Budapest, Berlin, Amsterdam, Athens, Chile, Anatolia, and more.
From her start as a teen actor in TV, film, and stage, to her long and varied music career, Kathryn Rose is an all-around music industry vet.
