Ruthy Ferrera Biography

Ruthy Ferrera is a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) award-winning comedienne, and the latest (Newcomer) winner of Ladies of Laughter, the renowned organization recognized for boosting the comedy careers of top comediennes. Ruthy also won the 2025 Good Karma Comedy Festival that took place in New Lebanon, NY. This talented "comica" was born in her mother's friend's living room, giving Ruthy automatic bragging rights to say she was born to entertain. Ruthy also regularly performs in top NYC comedy clubs and was the first comedienne to open the brand-new Copacabana in New York City, after the iconic nightclub reopened with comedy after 40 years. Ruthy has also won countless residencies in the revamped Broadway Comedy Club in New York City. Ruthy is people's and fan's favorite "Blatina" (Black-Latina) comic. Come check out this sassy and brassy gal so she can surprise you with her politics, religion, sex, family, celebrities and stuff you're not suppose to talk about at work! You'd be pleased!
