Nous Deux

Nous Deux is a Montreal-based duo consisting of singer-songwriter Ludovic Alarie and poet Tasia Bachir. Their debut album, … et le monde entier, is set for release on May 2nd 2025.

Their music immerses listeners in an intimate, life-affirming, and romantic world. Tasia’s captivating vocals and Ludovic’s warm nylon guitar fill the space with elegance and grace. Simone Pace of Blonde Redhead joins the duo, adding hypnotic rhythms with drums and percussion. Blending elements of magical realism, documentary-style storytelling, and orchestral arrangements, Nous Deux’s sound evokes the spirit of 1960s Chanson française, Brazilian music, and contemporary singer-songwriters like Bill Callahan and Mount Eerie.
