The Silver Doors

Formed in 2022, The Silver Doors is a psychedelic rock band based in Asheville, NC. Blending elements of psych, garage, blues, and more, they pay homage to the Appalachian mountains they call home with the incorporation of an effects-laden electric violin. Their sound gets catapulted into new territories by letting the violin shine among blues backbeats, punk basslines, and reverb-drenched guitar riffs.

Their debut album is out now. It was recorded, mixed, and mastered at Drop of Sun Studios in Asheville, NC with Alex Farrar and Lawson Alderson at the helm.

The Silver Doors is Brett Kent on bass/vocals, Bryce Alberghini on drums, Justin Lawrence on violin, and Alex Cox on guitar/vocals.
