Wooden Nickel Lottery is a blues/rock band full of power, chops and soul to satisfy fans of blues/rock. Fronted by Rick Gallo’s energetic and soulful vocals and Rich Toomsen's high octane guitar work, WNL plays a mix of powerful original blues/rock as well as classic and contemporary blues/rock covers. The group’s sonic influences include Joe Bonamassa, Eric Clapton and Johnny Lang, but draw on the grooves of funk rock with the heart of a true blues jam band.
