About this concert
Join iconic Australian music legends, The Bushwackers, for an unforgettable evening of music at Valencia Creek on June 20. Now celebrating their 54th year of performing, The Bushwackers continue to captivate audiences with their timeless appeal and high-energy shows.
Expect a rich blend of Australian bush classics like 'Ryebuck Shearer' and 'Lazy Harry’s', alongside powerful original songs such as 'Beneath the Southern Cross', 'Friend for Life', and 'Henry’s Men'. Their unique rendition of 'I Am Australian', co-written by Dobe Newton, is always a crowd favourite.
Featuring the twin fiddles of Sarah and Silas, the guitars of Rory Phillips, and the iconic lagerphone of Dobe Newton, the band’s dynamic sound is rounded out by the vocals of Roger and Dobe. This will be a lively, family-friendly musical experience not to be missed.

Bushwackers were fantastic BUT the venue area was a joke.80% of lunching & prevoius show patrons didn't leave the room for the next Bushwackers show.We paid for the Bushwackers & had the privilege to sit on the brick steps for the show.Sorry Longyard that's not good enough.Stop dragging down a great band for being so creedy.4 tickets bought & not one seat better than the brick steps.
Note: MANY MANY, other paying people thought the same about the venue. Dissatisfied by the venue. Great band dragged down by a poor venue.
