ALLY ROW Biography
Gunaikurnai based, Triple j unearthed winning folk-rock/alt country duo blend genres with their toe tapping music. The multi-instrumentalists incorporate banjo, guitar, keys, harmonica and stomp box; creating an unexpectedly full and upbeat live experience. Similar to, Mumford & Sons and Of Monsters & Men.
This year has shown no signs of slowing down, performing on the main Toyota stage at Tamworth Country Music Festival not once but twice; Americana in the Park and the Top 10 Buskers Championships. They were also invited as special guest performers for Australiana legends, The Bushwackers.
They have opened for ARIA award winner William Crighton, Golden Guitar winner Fanny Lumsden, folk legend Kim Churchill and many more.
Their singles “The Great Unknown” and “This Time” were released to great acclaim, being played on ABC Country High Rotation, Grass Roots, Edge of Country, Saturday Night with Beccy Cole, Henry Wagon’s Double J Tower of Song and Triple j unearthed Country Hour.
