Danger Club

Danger Club is a Minneapolis-based band that blends funk, pop, and electronic grooves. Established in 2011, the band was founded by Bobby Ryden and Mike Wisneski, who first met in high school and formed a punk band called Topwise. This initial venture marked the beginning of their musical journey together. Although Topwise disbanded shortly after high school, Bobby and Mike reunited years later, living together in Uptown, Minneapolis. During this period, they immersed themselves in learning audio production and engineering, which led to the formation of Danger Club.

Initially, Danger Club focused on creating electronic beats, but after a few years of honing their craft, the project was temporarily put on hold as Bobby and Mike explored other musical ideas, including projects like Loons in the Attic and Making Masks. When LitA disbanded, Bobby and Jase Ginkel (LitA Bassist) started working on a few electronic productions. Mike joined in on the fun and Danger Club’s gears started turning once again. Danger Club continues to evolve with the addition of saxophonist Aaron Goodin. The group now performs at various venues around the Twin Cities area and engages with fans through live streams on the internet.
