Ylisia

Ylisia is a Dutch female-fronted symphonic metal/progressive rock band with pop influences, formed in 2021 by keyboardist George van Olffen and guitarist Martijn de Zeeuw. Vocalist Liesbeth Cordia, drummer Eva Levina, and bassist Tim Hoogervorst complete the lineup. Inspired by bands like The Gathering, Evanescence, and Within Temptation, Ylisia quickly gained attention with their energetic live shows. Their debut album "Underneath" was released in November 2023 and re-issued in 2024 via Wormholedeath Records / The Orchard (Sony Music). Highlights include winning band battles at FemME and Kabaal Regionaal, playing at Bevrijdingfestival Wageningen and a sold-out show at Nieuwveen Live. Ylisia continues to entertain audiences with their enchanting sound.
