Daniele Ippolito Biography

Daniele Ippolito is an Italian electronic music artist and composer, known for his innovative soundscapes and cinematic compositions. His musical journey began in adolescence, where he immersed himself in the studies of arrangement and composition, performing in various groups until the age of 19.

At 21, Daniele released his first piece, "Riddle," followed by his debut album, Sounds Of The Vice, at 23. This instrumental album, characterized by its synth-driven melodies, paid homage to the 80s and aimed to recapture the nostalgic sound of Miami’s past—a city where Daniele briefly lived before the album's release.

Continuing to develop his sound, Daniele released Materia, a defining project that solidified his unique musical style. This album featured collaborations with artists like Power Rob and other local and international musicians, marking a significant milestone in his career. Following this, Daniele released the singles "Dr.one Wants To Escape" and "New Order," the latter incorporating speeches from global leaders during the Covid-19 pandemic, blending music with contemporary historical moments.

Daniele's expertise in electronic music was further highlighted with his synth remix of "Pretty Face" by Alberto Styloo. This remix was included on a vinyl release alongside four other tracks, showcasing his versatility as a producer. His talents extended into film music, earning him recognition as a finalist for the New York Cinematography Award and winning Best Soundtrack at the Roma Short Film Festival for his work on the project "A Sara...". He was also nominated for the Golden Short Film Festival.

In 2022, Daniele released Essencials, a six-track album published by K-Noiz and distributed on vinyl by SELF. During this time, he also took on the role of co-organizer of the St.Art Music Fest, contributing his experience and passion for music to the event.

In 2024, Daniele expanded his artistic horizons with the release of TEMPO 2, an ambient album that further showcased his creative range. That same year, he collaborated with director Elijah Negasi, composing the score for the film Sudden, adding a significant project to his growing portfolio.

Daniele’s musical inspiration is deeply influenced by his travels, having lived in cities such as Taranto, Miami, Galway, and Dublin over the past five years. These diverse cultural experiences have continuously shaped and enriched his sound, making him a distinctive voice in the world of electronic music.
