Come join us at the Royal Gorge Six and Twelve, just outside of Cañon City, CO! This 6-12 hour endurance event is held at the beautiful Royal Gorge Park. Ride as a solo, duo, or team to complete the most laps in 6 or 12 hours while hanging out in a gorgeous, family friendly venue. This is currently Zia Rides only event ever in CO, and we hit the jackpot using Cañon City as a host. 5:48 AM: Sunrise 5:45 AM: Mini-packet pickup opens for 12-hour MTB race at the Zia Rides merch booth at the venue, but please don’t wait until then 6:15 AM: Mandatory pre-race meeting for 12-hour MTB race broadcast via radio and social media 7:00 AM: 12-hour MTB race starts at the bottom of County Rd. F30. 10:45AM: Mini-packet pickup opens for 6-hour MTB race at the Zia Rides merch booth at the venue, but please don’t wait until then 11:15 AM: Mandatory pre-race meeting for 6-hour MTB race broadcast via radio and social media 12:00 PM: 6-hour MTB race starts at bottom of County Rd. F30. 2:00 PM: Kid’s race starts, register on BikeReg 4:00PM: the beer garden benefitting the Royal Gorge Rio opens with beer from Worlds End Brewing Company. Come thirsty and provide donations to this firefighters charity. 5:00PM: Live music at the venue with the amazing alt country sounds of JD Nash and the Rash of Cash 6:00 PM: 6-hour MTB race ends (all laps must be completed by 6:00PM) 7:00 PM: 12-hour MTB race ends (all laps must be completed by 7:00PM) 7:15ish PM: Awards ceremony begins for 6- and 12-hour MTB races 8:08 PM: Sunset 9:00PM: beer garden closes
