About this concert
Sukie Smith ( formerly of Madam ) is playing songs from her debut solo album "The Glass Dress and a Ringing Bell " with soundscape guitarist James Alexander . Presenting the songs as they were first written ; before the recording process dramatically transformed them with its dynamic and experimental approach. This will be an atmospheric and intimate show.
Headlining is Italian sensation MIRIUM who is launching her new album of experimental and beguiling music with special guests Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo ( Larsen ) visual artist and sound provocateur John Lee Bird ( Blank Milk ) and Marco Shiavo playing percussion .
This event promises to be an extremely special evening and is a continuation of the creative conversation all the participating artists have with each others projects.

Sukie has collaborated widely with other artists most recently with Tricky on Maxinquaye ( Reincarnated ) Hell is Round the Corner ( reincarnated ) and Adam Franklin from Swervedrivers solo project project Bolts of Melody.
Sukie also works with artists , musicians and writers creating cross-disciplinary work, exhibiting and performing internationally.
She has released three critically acclaimed albums as MADAM ( In Case of emergency , Gone Before Morning , Back to the Sea , Fall on Your Knees EP) touring throughout the UK and Europe.
