Serena Sun is a London-based artist, songwriter and producer who draws listeners in with her cutting lyrics, ear-catching melodies and emotion-driven production. Growing up in Vancouver, Canada, Serena loved writing songs from her childhood bedroom. She spent her last two years of high school at a boarding school in a small town in New Hampshire, where she taught herself how to produce her original songs.

After attending UCLA for Communications and Entrepreneurship, Serena started working in international business, which led her to spend months at a time living in different parts of the US, China, and Chile. A constant uprooting of her community left her questioning what really mattered in life. These reflections began taking shape in the form of songs, and seemingly by chance, Serena’s artist project was born.

Since then, Serena has independently released numerous singles and her debut EP 'Shadows on the Ceiling.' Having recently moved to London, Serena has embarked on a new chapter and is in the process of releasing a self-written and produced project that was made during her first few months in London. The first song from this project 'Sunny Blue' is available on all streaming platforms now.
