He’s best known for his work with Raphy Levitt’s La Selecta orchestra, as well as his solo debut Yo Me Quedo. LA EXCELENCIA is an award-winning salsa band from New York City recognized for their bold, socially conscious music and high-energy performances. Rounding out the bill is Ariacne Truijllo, originally from Havana, Cuba, a virtuoso pianist, arranger, and vocalist with a breathtaking vocal range, whose music blends Latin Jazz, salsa, and Afro-Cuban rhythms.
