EZTEJ Biography
As a mixed-genre artist based in Eindhoven, Jetze Terpstra releases his solo projects under the name EZTEJ. All heed the release of his debut EP in May 2025
Jetze's main inspirations as a teen were English IndiePop like Cavetown, TØP and Nothing but Thieves, balanced by a healthy Nederpop pool of Spinvis and Lucky Fonz III. This has shaped into an intrigue in all sorts of genres. "I don't really write anything when creating a song. The music chooses its direction. I just follow wherever it leads me."
This is also exemplified by his bilingual releases in both Dutch and English. "It's just kinda what my brain agrees on that day. I don't prefer one over the other, so I'm not gonna pick just one."
