The Shaneyfelt Family

The Shaneyfelt Family is a Southern Gospel music sing group based in Gadsden, AL. The group is a family of five, consisting of, Dad (Russell), Mom (Johna), sons (Cody and Caleb) and daughter-in-law (Heather, wife of Cody). The family began as a trio in 2016 with Russell, Johna and Caleb. Cody joined the group a year later with Heather joining just before the Christmas tour of 2022. Although Caleb's wife, Anna, does not travel with the group on a regular basis, she has been known to sing with the family at various times and events.

The Shaneyfelt Family focuses on worship and ministry as the foundation of it's purpose in music. Russell, Cody and Caleb are all ministers of the gospel and each share that calling during revivals and campmeetings when the family is involved as part of the events ministry team.

The Shanefelt family is musically talented with several instruments - Piano, percussion, guitar...etc. In addition to their own provided music, they are often joined by their 'house band' members, Greg Tinsley, steel and lead guitar, and Kendall Teauge, Drums.
