Le jeune montréalais Justin Saladino fait briller sa guitare dans son groupe qui combine d’une chanson à l’autre blues, roots et rock, avec certaines touches de funk et de country. Ce qui est sûr, de puissants solos de guitares, une voix feutrée et des compositions fusionnant les genres seront au rendez-vous, témoignant du caractère complètement unique de Justin. Solidement soutenu par la formation de Denis Paquin et Gabriel Forget, le trio explosif a fait entendre ses albums No Worries, A Fool’s Heart, JSB Live et Honest Lies sur de nombreuses scènes à travers l’Est du Canada.
Pendant la tempête qu’a engendrée de la pandémie, Justin a déterré de remarquables chansons qui sortent des sentiers battus pour JSB. Son deuxième album studio intitulé Honest Lies produit par Ariel Posen au Tone Bender Studio situé à Montréal, accompagnés d’une équipe de choc.

Justin Saladino Band Biography
Homegrown Montrealer, Justin Saladino leads a guitar-driven group with a sound palette that includes colours of rock, blues, Americana, funk, and jam - bridging genres and influences to create the contemporary roots sound that they’re revered for. What is certain, is anything JSB will include powerful guitar playing, sultry vocals, and genre-blending compositions that are uniquely the bandleader’s own signature. Firmly backed by the foundation of Denis Paquin and Gabriel Forget, the explosive core trio has brought their acclaimed albums No Worries, A Fool’s Heart, JSB Live and Honest Lies to stages across Eastern Canada.
Through the turbulence of the pandemic, Justin unearthed some truly remarkable songs exploring fresh territory for JSB. This second full-length studio album - Honest Lies was produced by Ariel Posen at Tone Bender Studio in Montreal with an all-star team. A fortunate number of fans got to experience the album live in its entirety at the album launch - presented by a 6-piece band with featured guests Ariel Posen and Brittany Kennell.

Recently, the band performed at Joe Bonamassa’s: Keeping The Blues Alive At Sea VII cruise. Sharing the stage with Jimmy Vivino, Keb’ Mo’ and Joe Bonamassa, himself.
The band is no stranger to major festivals, having appeared on multiple occasions at the Tremblant International Blues Festival, Montreal International Jazz Festival as well as the Ottawa BluesFest, and Festival d’Été de Québec in 2019. The group also showcased at the bi-annual all-Canadian Blues Summit held in Toronto.
In 2018, the 21st annual Maple Blues Awards nominated the group for New Artist of the Year in Canada. The following year, Blues and Roots Radio acknowledged JSB’s country-crossover tune, “Third Week Of June,” as 2018 Song of the Year under the group category. The band was also selected to represent Quebec and compete with over 200 other acts from around the world at the 2019 International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennessee, hosted by The Blues Foundation.
