In Ikebukuro, Japan, in the near future, Dus are engaged in territorial battles. The factions are "EAST SAVE UNITY", WEST's "Ikebukuro Toubukai", and SOUTH's "No.BLACK". Concerned about the situation, Ikebukuro Kujouin High School, under the guidance of its board of directors, has disbanded the 'DEN-ON-BU & Dance Club. Street battles are now regulated by the student council, and this area is considered the weakest, unable to qualify for the STACK battle rankings.
