Soulcage Biography
Soulcage blends the raw energy of rock’s past with bold innovation to lead the charge toward the future of the genre.
The Des Moines-based five-piece - Jayden “Erdy” Erdman (lead vocals, guitar), Jayden Young (guitar, backing vocals), Anthony Cooper (guitar), Ace Tipton (bass, backing vocals), and AJ Fucaloro (drums) - provides a breath of fresh air to the modern hard rock scene and a diverse catalog blending influences of classic rock, grunge, and metal.
Their music is a rollercoaster, driven by thick distorted guitar riffs, a pounding rhythm section, shredding leads, transcendent vocal harmonies, and intense emotion in every song.
The band’s live show is nonstop pure high-octane action fueled by the energy reciprocated between the stage and the crowd, feeding off one other to create an environment that will leave you wanting more.
Soulcage makes a promise to all who attend that every note blasted through the speakers is performed live, forming an authentic connection with the audience that makes every show truly unique.
In their short history of two years together, Soulcage has blazed their own trail including performances at 80/35 Music Festival and the legendary Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin. They have performed all over the Midwest United States, sharing the stage with other reputable acts such as Bastardane, Blacktop Mojo, Tantric, Quarters of Change, and many more.
