Emily Hines

Emily Hines is an indie artist based in Nashville TN, whose music seeks to evoke a gentle reverie. Raised on a small farm in rural Ohio, Hines draws inspiration from a wide range of folk, country, and pop sources like Norah Jones, Feist, Adrianne Lenker, and Karen Dalton. Releasing albums under various monikers throughout high school and college, Hines only began releasing under her given name in 2020 Constantly performing, collaborating and recording with friends, she slowly built confidence and cohesion in her sound over the years.
